From the very depths of the ocean two mysterious mermaids are joining us for the festival. Learn about their underwater lives and perch on a rock with them for a deep sea selfie!

Codswallop

2 incompetent pirates fill the festival space with larger than life characters, slapstick routines and their giant smoke cannon.

Saviour Pirotta

Join storyteller and author Saviour Pirotta for stories: wild, enchanting and silly! He will share a pirate legend, a mermaid myth and a turtle tale and maybe some stories about his very own Gran.

Jake will be rowing the Atlantic solo in 2025, spending up to 50 days at sea and raising money for The Rivers Trust. Inspect his boat, hear about his challenge and take part in our own rowing contest!
